Large three bedroom, two bathroom apartment for rent on via Orcagna in Florence. Perfect for medium and long-term stay rentals, this beautiful house can accommodate up to a maximum of 8. The house enjoys large spaces and very pleasant views both on the street and on an internal courtyard. The living area consists of a large living room with sofa bed and TV and a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for cooking. There are three bedrooms, two with a queen bed and one with two single beds. A further strength of the house are the balcony and the terrace which provide precious outdoor spaces.

We liked the apartment. It was comfortable for 4 friends and within walking distance of many sights. We enjoyed the terrace. The problem was with the showers. One did not drain and the other had no hot water. The host was communicative. After many attempts to fix it myself with their help, they said they would send a handyman but nothing was ever fixed. 4women staying 4 nights with no decent shower is not acceptable.

The location of this property is perfect. A lot of shops and restaurants within walking distance. There is a wonderful market very close that has a vast array of grocery items as well as a fresh vegetable & fruit section. Note, this market closes at 2:00 p.m. There is also a grocery store (The Coop) that is a couple of streets from the apartment.The apartment itself is spacious and the kitchen has many pots, pans, plates, silverware etc.The one negative is, it could use a thorough cleaning. One day (and only one day) I walked around in my socks and after a few minutes they looked as though I had taken a walk out in the street. Shoes worn from then on.One other note to mention is there is no direction on where to put trash. There should be trash bins on site so that you don't have to leave it in the apartment. All in all, it was a very comfortable and perfectly located rental.

What a great place to stay in Florence. Plenty of room for 8 people and we all slept so well. There is plenty of good food nearby and a cafe very close for breakfast. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Great place for a large group.

It was big enough for us, two young families with two Two-year old children .Modern kitchen and large rooms. We would have appreciated a key to the garbage-bins since the babies still had diapers Some of the pans were not ok for the induction-stove

Nice, spacious apartment but charged 25 euros for delivery of extra sheets when messages said 5 people, not 2, were renting a 3 bdrm apt. Left nothing for renters- no coffee or usually found basics like salt & pepper, oil & vinegar. Minimum cookware in kitchen. Unfriendly rental office help.

wonderful stay

The home was very spacious and looked like what was advertised online. A great neighborhood with short walk distance from shops and cafes, as well for the main center. Only issue was the air conditioner being used didn’t really cool down the rooms in the strong August heat and one of the showers was quite small.

Great location in quiet neighbourhood with good local shops, cafes and excellent bakery down the street. You can walk to the sights along the river in about 20-25 minutes. Eduardo was a good communicator and friendly. A few suggestions to make the property more welcoming. Spend a few more dollars and get nice cheap replacements/fix(broken broom and old dust bin, broken toilet seat, shower hoses broken. No dish towels, or hand towels. No pods for the dishwasher or washing machine(at least for a starter and no directions about taking out garbage and recycling.)While Eduardo was nice and the caretaker was nice and let us check in early(much appreciated)the maintenance person was not helpful. When asked about hand towels for the bath and a dish towel they said there would be an extra charge. When asked about how to dispose of garbage or recycling, they said to just leave it outside the building(there are no bins outside available.) And when asked about a fan they said no fans and just to run the AC the whole time! Overall, a good spot but a bit run down. It could be so much better if they were a bit more generous and kept up the place better.

Great place to stay

We loved this apartment. Very spacious! It would be a good place to stay if you have a long visit in Florence with the big kitchen and living room area. Air conditioning was much appreciated after our stay in Venice the night before. Highly recommend!

Lovely Florence apartment

This is a lovely quiet apartment. Great neighbourhood close to the river and in walking distance to Uffizi. The bedding needs an upgrade as sheets did not fit the largest bed and did not stay put, and there was no mattress pad. Otherwise, this is very nice accommodation. Megan, Vancouver

Smelly bathroom

It is a large apartment with good furnishings. The beds were comfortable. The neighborhood is nice with many good reaturants. It's a 20-25 minute walk to the main attractions. We couldn't figure out why all the apartment windows were open when we arrived as it was raining and on the cold side. After we closed everything we noticed the smell. Unfortunatley one of the bathrooms had a backed up shower which cause sewer gas to fill the apartment and made the bathroom unusable. This caused us to stay in our bedrooms most of the time with our doors closed. When we contacted the landlord, he told us to deal with it by contacting the maintainance people. We had many activities planned because it was our vacation. We declined to stay in the apartment waiting for maintainance people, and asked the landlord to deal with the problem. We contacted the landlord many times, but nothing happened until we contacted VRBO and they got involved directly. The problem was fixed by the fifth day of our six day stay. The host refused to offer any discount on the stay because he said sewer gas was a common problem in Florence.

Great place

Very large flat with large rooms and kitchen. You can also park a car on the street, just keep in mind that you have to pay between 8 am ans 8 pm on weekdays (there is an app Easypark that makes it very easy). The coffee shop across the street is great for cakes and light lunch/dinners. There are other shops within 5 minutes walk. Overall a great value for money.

This was a perfect place for our family of 6. Only complaint is if you want to do some cooking, the kitchen is not well stocked with cookware. We had to buy some things that should have been stocked: TP, paper towels, dish towels and trash bags. It would have been nice to have a book on how to dispose of trash since it was a 10 day stay.

Adorable Apartment for Our Stay in Florence

We recently planned a trip to Florence for our group of 7. It is difficult to find a hotel that will accommodate this many people, thus I turned to VRBO. The pictures of this place do not lie. It is as cute in person as it is on the website. We had plenty of room for all seven of us. And, the air conditioning was a life saver during our hot July visit. And, this location was very walkable to many of the sites to see in the Florence area. We rarely required a taxi. Although this apartment is not in the "middle" of the city center, it was so nice to not be in the loud, busy area of the city. I also want to note how responsive the host was to my questions. In addition, check-in and check-out were very easy. Once we checked in, we were able to head out and begin our time in Florence. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking to stay in Florence.
