Spacious and welcoming apartment, centrally located, 7 minutes walk from Santa Maria Novella station, two minutes walk from Via Tornabuoni and Ponte Alla Carraia. It can accommodate up to 5 guests. Located on the third and top floor without lift of a typical building. The entrance is in the beautiful livingroom with fireplace, a comfortable sofa and a big table for minimum 6 persons, then there are two double bedrooms with wardrobe corner (with single bed option) and a single bedroom. The complete bathroom has a comfortable bathtub. The equipped kitchen is equipped with dishes, utensils, dishwasher, oven, hob. It is equipped with Wifi connection and washing machine. A set of towels and sheets available to each guest. To reach the apartment it is necessary to climb several flights of stairs, therefore it is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility and small children. Located in a lively and dynamic district, the main attractions of the city can be easily reached on foot.
It is located in a restricted traffic area, it is not possible to park in the surrounding streets, it is recommended to park in a private garage.
