Stijlvol in 't centrum van Florences.
Een modern, stijlvol en schoon appartement, op nog geen 10 minuten lopen van het historisch centrum. Kortom een heerlijk verblijf met airco en zeer goede Wifi. Het appartement ligt op de 2e etage en te bereiken via het trappenhuis. De straat waaraan het appartement ligt is beperkt toegankelijk waardoor laden en lossen van bagage voor de deur niet altijd mogelijk is. Parkeren kan ook niet voor de deur maar kan eenvoudig in de parkeergarage "Europa"; 2 minuten lopen van het appartement. Conclusie; een super fijne en romantische plek voor jong en oud.

Lovely space and great location
Apartment was very clean and perfect for our trip. Our friends decided to join us at the last minute, he is a pilot so it was all up in the air as to whether or not they would make it. They did, and we were able to have the sofa bed made up and add them. Check in and directions made everything g easy. Thank you.

Clean, cute property
The space was very clean and good for 2 people. The shower is has a rainwater shower head but very small single stall. The bed/bedding was very comfortable!! We slept so well there! It is a 15-20 minute walk to the historical area and shopping but we didn’t mind. Stairs are steep so a little tough with luggage but manageable. Overall we loved our time in Florence and recommend this stay.

Great Locatio
This flat was the perfect place to start our vacation. It is central to so many sites. It was about a 30 minute still to the Vatican. There is a little restaura right across from the front door with good wine. Trastevere is a place to stay if you want to be around the local scene. We definitely recommend staying here.

Of the most perfectly appointed places we have ever stayed
Wow. The place is so beautifully furnished and everything you could possibly want is there. The style and taste are supreme. The location is fantastic and it is quiet. it is spotless and some of the design features are really great. PLEASE READ: if for some reason you only receive one code in your check in instructions, then there may be a computer glitch. If you only see one code, please contact the host immediately and she will resend the information quickly. You need two codes. Also note that there are many stone steps up to the second level. It’s worth it when you get there, but be advised you must be able to climb stairs. The dryer really doesn’t work all that well and the instruction guide is only an Italian. But the washing machine will clean your clothes perfectly.

Four days in Florence
Overall this was a very nice apartment. It was very clean and had everything we needed except a microwave. It was convenient to walking to sites and catching the bus. It was difficult to carry luggage up two flights of stairs but we managed. Florence is a very busy city with cars, motorcycles, and people everywhere. Parking is hard to find. VRBO listing said apartment had parking. App on my phone specifically said on-site parking. But what it was was a public parking garage a block away that cost 30 euros a night. This was not made clear in the listing.

Serviceable apartment in a great neighborhood
It's pretty Spartan but definitely filled the bill for my purposes. My only complaint is that the bedding is just a bottom sheet but no top sheet. I doubt the comforter gets washed after every tenant, which caused me doubts about cleanliness.

Ideal location for Florence sights!
The apartment is very cool - well equipped, so quiet, nicely decorated and ideal for all the fun spots in Florence including the Saturday market. We appreciated the use of the kitchen (due to severe food allergies) My advice would be don’t come by car as we did. The parking is not fun! We look forward to staying again!

Short Stay in Florence
This flat was easy to access, close to the airport tram, and the neighborhood is packed with coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and sightseeing. We arrived early and the cleaner let us leave our bags and get started on our sightseeing. It was very hot during our stay and the a/c made afternoon naps a must after walking around the city. The bed was very comfortable. On our next trip to Florence we will definitely check the availability of this property.

Great Location, Excellent Owner
We stayed at this little apartment located close to just about everything you want to see, places you want to eat, grocery stores, and transportation. The apartment was just perfect or my wife and I for our week's stay in Florence. There was plenty of room and the rooms were exactly as advertised. The facilities were above expectations. The best part was having a washer and dryer. It meant we could pack less and do a load of laundry the night before heading off to our next location. Note: the W/D instructions are in Italian so we had to use Google Translate to be able to operate it. It all worked. The apartment is a 6-minute walk to the train station for any day trip (Siena, Bologna, etc.). There are two very good restaurants on each each of the block, a walk of about 100 yards in each direction. Plus an excellent cafe on the block and around the corner. You can reach all the main sites within 20 minutes. Again, the location is perfect! The only negative, and it's not a big one, is you have to carry your luggage upstairs. We were on the third floor. The stairs are steep and the lights are timed to remain on for just a minute. The only challenge was the luggage coming and going. We had just two questions total during our stay and we called Gabriele and both times she picked up immediately. Both questions answered with no other issues. We highly recommend this VRBO apartment in Florence. The location, apartment, and service are outstanding for the price!!!

This vrbo apartment was quick and easy to find on foot from the train station, plus it was within walking distance to all the main attractions of Florence. Excellent modern apartment
I get the best of both world in experincing old world charm and modern convenient here. The place is remodeled amd comfortable. The host responds quickly on the phone when i had trouble finding the front foor key. My only conplaint is about supply of toilet paper. had a long stay of 27 days and two rolls of toilet papers is sinply not enough. When i requested for more the host told me to buy my own. Other than this, i was happy to stay here. For a TV person, i would love it if there was a bigger TV. I am totally satisfied with having a smart TV woth Netflix and Youtube. Air conditioning is good!

Super Urlaub in super Ferienwohnung!
Wir hatten eine wirklich ruhige und zentralgelegene Ferienwohnung, die es uns ermöglichte Florenz in 14 Tagen durchgehend zu Fuß zu erkunden. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke als auch sehr gute Restaurants, Check in und Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin waren hervorragend, wir werden sich nochmals wiederkommen! Somit eine volle Empfehlung unsererseits!

Amazing place to stay. Don't get fooled by the neighborhood. If you have a small car and you need parking, I would recommend Medici Garage, just in front of the apartment. Wonderful staff.

4 days in Florence.
Me and my daughter had a great time in Florence. I chose this apartment because of its close proximity to the train station, because 2 out of 4 days we had tours scheduled that were leaving from the train station early in the morning. Also the Uffizi gallery and Academy gallery are in 20 minutes walk from the apartment and they were our main points of the interest. The apartment was clean and quiet with nice shower and good size bathroom, with stove and refrigerator, we didn’t cook in the apartment, but used stove 2 times to boil some water for the tea, we mostly were there to sleep. Everything in the apartment was in good working condition. Communication with the owner was very easy through VRBO messaging and WhatsApp and she responded within minutes of my messages and answered all of my questions promptly. Dear Gabriele, thank you so much for sharing your apartment with us.

Near train station
The property manager was easy to get a hold but does not speak good English. Despite that we checked in and out easily. We were here for a quick stay and wanted something close to the train station and we needed the washer and dryer. It provided all of those needs. The apartment was clean and the bed was comfortable. Note that the stairs are very steep and may be an issue for some. The washer and dryer are also shared with one other unit in the exterior hall. Was not an issue for us but note its not in the apartment with you and there is a sign to be courteous of others that may need it. So we could not start a load and leave for the day as I had planned. We were comfortable staying here. I would stay here again if I wanted to be near the train station and I was with my husband. Not sure I would feel safe with a group of girls. There were always groups of men hanging outside. I observed a group of girls staying in the area and the groups of men were catcalling them and bothering them. There were homeless in the area as well but they did not bother us. I would not let this keep you from staying here . Just be aware of your surroundings.

Roomy and near the train station
We had a great time in Florence. This place was great because you are 8 minute walk from the train station and 1 minute walk to the historic portion of Florence. Roomy apartment. The couch folded out to a large and comfy sleeper. The steps were stone and a bit uneven so if you have some knee issues like me hold on tight but definitely doable!

The property is a 5 min walk from city center yet distant enough to provide a quiet environment from the city noise. Property was cozy and comfortable. The only downside (personally for me), was that it didn't have an oven or a microwave. Other than that, it was a great pied a terre.

This is a very comfortable apartment near the heart of Florence, within easy walking distance of the train station and many of the main attractions. Dies war unser erster Aufenthalt in Florenz. Die Anreise mit dem Auto in die Innenstadt war "spannend" aber wir haben es gemeistert und haben gleich in unmittelbarer Nähe auf Anraten der Vermieterin in einem Parkhaus geparkt. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist toll zentral, nur wenige Gehminuten zum Arno und all den Sehenswürdigkeiten und Stadtvierteln. Die Unterkunft ist in einem schönen alten Stadthaus und wirklich sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Wir hatten einen sehr entspannenden Aufenthalt und der Kontakt zu der Vermieterin war sehr sehr nett. Wir kommen gerne wieder, in diese wundervolle Stadt und können das schöne Apartment absolut weiterempfehlen.

Clean space in a great location
My partner and I stayed here for five nights and it was perfect for us. The space is very clean with a nice mixture of modernity and older Florence charm. It is in close proximity to most tourist attractions. It was extremely hot in Florence during our stay, so the air conditioning was a huge relief. Check-in/out were both very smooth processes. Perfect home base
We spent a week at the Santa Maria Novella apartment and it was perfectly comfortable for 2 people! A nice mix of modern comfort with the charm of an older building architecture/style. We worked remotely for a few days while we were there, and had no issues whatsoever with internet/zoom calls. We didn't use the kitchen much but appreciated having the fridge, glassware, etc. available for a bottle of chilled wine at home. Compact bathroom and shower! But totally functional and clean. It was HOT while we were in Florence but the apartment AC was great, one in living room and one in bedroom so we were able to just cool the room we needed. Check in communication was quick and straightforward. The location was easy walking distance to all the sights in Florence. Honestly it was the perfect spot for us. And we had family also staying nearby at a hotel who had less space and were paying more than us! Highly recommend, would definitely stay here again.

Die Wohnung war super, einzig ein Balkon hat gefehlt, aber das ist nörgeln auf höchstem Niveau. Die Umgebung ist nicht die feinste, es lungern hier und da Gestalten umher, aber Probleme gab es zu keinerlei Zeit auch spät nachts nicht.

Loved how central it was
My girlfriend and I stayed 5 nights at this apartment and the thing we loved most was that it was so easy to get to it from the Firenze train station and very walkable to most attractions. The AC worked very well, the bed was nice, and I really appreciated the moka pot and coffee that was provided. I didn't realize there would be a tourist tax so just make sure you bring some cash before you get there.

Sehr schöne Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, alles sehr gepflegt und neuwertig. Die Kommunikation mit Gabriele war sehr gut und bei einem kleinen Problem kam sofort die Antwort und das Problem war gelöst. Die Lage der Wohnung ist zentral und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Im Ergebnis kann ich diese Wohnung nur empfehlen für einen Aufenthalt in Florenz.

This was the perfect place for my trip to Florence. It's just enough out of the way for peace and quiet (save for the occasional church bell!) but close enough to the city center and train station to be super convenient. Wunderschöne und gepflegte Altbauwohnung mit außerordentlich freundlichen Gastgeberin
Wir wurden bei der Anreise direkt ganz herzlich empfangen und durch die schöne Wohnung geführt. Das Check-In verlief reibungslos und wir bekamen noch einige Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt in Florenz (z.B. nette Cafes, Parkmöglichkeiten, Museen, es war ein Reiseführer vor Ort, etc.) Die Wohnung selber ist wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Es war alles sehr sauber und total nett hergerichtet. Durch die Klimaanlagen in den Zimmern konnten wir unseren Aufenthalt auch bei über 40 Grad ganz entspannt genießen. Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Herzen von Florenz und ist nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß von einigen Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Shopping-Möglichkeiten entfernt. Auch wenn wir nur zwei Tage in Florenz verbrachten, waren wir rundum zufrieden und würden die Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall jedem weiterempfehlen!
