This delightful loft, located on the third floor of a historic structure mere moments from the Duomo, is arranged over two levels. It boasts a bright, open living space while preserving original Florentine features like soaring ceilings and exposed wooden beams.

The lower level includes a fully equipped modern kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, Nespresso machine, kettle, and toaster. There is also a bedroom furnished with two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed, along with a bathroom featuring a shower. On the upper level, you’ll find a second bedroom with a double bed and another bathroom, also with a shower.

Perfect for two couples, groups of four, or families, this tranquil loft is outfitted with all essentials for a pleasant stay: air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a washing machine (discreetly located under the staircase), and a baby crib available on request.

IMPORTANT:

One of the bathrooms has a compact shower, which may not be ideal for taller guests.

Like many central buildings, the loft does not have an elevator and has long staircases. It is also spread over two levels, making it less suitable for guests with mobility challenges.

Guest access

The apartment is fully at your disposal.

Check-in time: 3PM - 7PM

Since we do not operate a reception desk, please inform us of your exact arrival time at least 24 hours prior to check-in.

Late check-ins must be requested and approved at least 24 hours in advance.

Early and late check-in incurs an additional fee:

From 12:00 to 3:00 PM: €10 (€15 on weekends)

From 7:00 to 8:00 PM: €25

From 8:00 to 10:00 PM: €35

From 10:00 PM to MIDNIGHT: €45

Check-in after MIDNIGHT is only possible if agreed upon in advance.
