The apartment is located on the second floor (with lift) of an elegant Florentine building on the second floor with lift. It completely overlooks the inner courtyards and, despite its central location, it enjoys absolute tranquillity, ideal for relaxing after days of sightseeing and strolling around the city centre.

THE DISTRICT
Via del Ponte alle Mosse, which runs from Piazzale di Porta al Prato (one of the ancient gates of the walls of Florence, dating back to 1285) to Piazza Puccini, is a lively street in a residential area just outside the historic centre and the restricted traffic zone, occupying part of the area between the Fortezza da Basso, Santa Maria novella and the Rifredi district, a 20 minutes walk from the centre of Florence.
The street owes its name to the bridge over the Mugnone, near Piazza Puccini, where the "corsa dei barberi" (race of the barbarians), an ancient horse race, used to take place.
Ideal for couples or families, as well as for smart business people, the district offers everything you may need during your stay.
The tram stop, which takes you to the city centre in just a few minutes, is less than 100 metres away, while the historic centre and its main attractions, such as the Duomo, Piazza della Signoria and the Uffizi Gallery, can be reached on foot in 20 to 30 minutes.
