    Prestigieuze woning dicht bij Piazza della Signoria en de Duomo
    Het appartement is gelegen op de vierde verdieping (met lift) van een elegant historisch gebouw gelegen in de centrale via dei Cerchi in Florence. We zijn precies in het centrum van de stad, halverwege tussen Piazza della Signoria en Piazza del Duomo: het is onmogelijk om een huis te vinden dat centraler is dan dit.
    Signoria Elegant is onlangs gerenoveerd en is ingericht in een moderne stijl. Het biedt comfortabele kamers met alle nodige comfort om u een onvergetelijk verblijf in het hart van Florence te garanderen.

    De interne ruimtes zijn georganiseerd op twee niveaus. Zodra je binnenkomt, vind je een kleine gang die aan de rechterkant leidt naar de eerste slaapkamer met tweepersoonsbed, aan de linkerkant leidt naar de eerste badkamer (waar ook de wasmachine is) en naar de ruime open ruimte die is verdeeld tussen de woonkamer (waar een comfortabele bank is) tweepersoonsbed en tv) en de zeer moderne open keuken; deze omgeving is zeer helder en stelt gasten in staat om te ontspannen voor de televisie of voor een goed boek na een dag sightseeing in het magische Florence.
    Ten slotte brengt een trap u naar de mezzanine waar zich de tweede slaapkamer met tweepersoonsbed en de tweede badkamer bevinden.

Great place to stay in Florence. Close to all of the shopping and sites but just off the main street to get you away from the crowds at night. Place was easy to find and access by the host was easy and straight forward.

Appartement très bien situé, près de tout, épicerie, bons petits restos, propriétaire et concierge très réactifs, nous ont accommodé avec les valises avec notre arrivée plus tôt. Bel appartement, matelas à l’étage… à revoir. Nous recommandons

The upstairs bed is really only suitable for one person. It is too narrow for a couple. We were three adults and two children and the apartment felt cramped. With the sofa bed made up there really was no place to relax. The only seats were the hard kitchen chairs. The WIFI was very weak and repeatedly lost connection. The air conditioned worked well once we cleaned the filters. The location was excellent. I could recommend this place for a 2 - 3 people max.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Florence. The location simply could not have been better—right in the heart of the city and within easy walking distance of the Duomo, Piazza della Signoria, and countless restaurants, shops, and historic sites. It was the perfect home base for exploring everything Florence has to offer.The apartment was exactly as described: clean, modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The layout was ideal, providing plenty of space to relax after long days of sightseeing. We especially appreciated how quiet and comfortable it was despite being in such a central location.Check-in was smooth and easy, and the host was excellent throughout our stay. Communication was prompt, friendly, and helpful, making the entire experience stress-free from arrival to departure.We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Florence. If we return to the city, we would happily stay here again. Five stars!

Ideal location and great communication with the host. The apartment has a drip coffee machine which we love. It has a dishwasher, microwave, and washing machine/dryer. Rare finds in Italy. The pizza place on the same block has the nicest staff. Grocery market 50 feet from the door had what we needed for a pleasant stay.

My daughter and I had a wonderful time at this vacation rental. You couldn't really ask for a better location. Restaurants and grocery store right outside the building, and almost all the sites were within about a 10 minute walk (many even closer). We were very comfortable in our accommodation. The beds were a bit firm, which some people like, but some people don't. The kitchen is small, but very usable. I would recommend this place to anyone who visits Florence.

Location is fantastic! The space was very nice, plenty of room! but the internet was very spotty (one of our party was trying to work remotely and that was extremely difficult). The upstairs mattress is not great.

Can't beat the location of this apartment if you want to be in the center of Florence. The place was clean and checkin was easy. The beds are not the most comfortable but will do for most. Seems well appointed though we didn't use the kitchen at all, why would you with the abundance of amazing restaurants nearby?

Great location, clean, and easy check in with nice host. The apartment was not a comfortable place to spend time - very limited seating (one couch for two people) and the beds could be improved. The downstairs bathroom had an overwhelming smell of sulfur and was almost unusable. Two of our party elected to stay in a hotel rather than spend a second night at the apartment.

The apartment is in an amazing location, walking distance to shopping, museums, supermarket and restaurants. The apartment was not ready for our check in time and we did not have hot water the 1st day. The communication with the management team was easy and they did address our issues promptly.

If you want the feel of a non-touristy place with the cutest Italian charm then this is your place. The location near the Duomo was perfect. Having two bathrooms was wonderful and the cleanliness was spot on! The host went above and beyond to be the most accommodating. We loved every minute

Loved the place Comfortable and well equipped with everything you need. Really love the location. it is perfectly situated in the heart of the city. Everything to see is within walking distance. Restaurants all over the place it is always easy to find a place to eat. Though there is a cute little Grocery store in the same square, also two great food vendors and a small pub as well! We really enjoyed our stay here. 5 stars.

The management company did a fine job directing us where to park and meet us upon arrival. All went smooth on the front end. The apartment was clean and well equipped for the most part with a couple things we needed to be addressed. The air-conditioning on the second floor did not work but they sent someone over within an hour to fix it. We bought groceries one night to cook dinner only to find out there was not a pot to boil water to cook spaghetti noodles. At first we were told it would be 21 hours before somebody could be in touch with us after we bought all our groceries. When we pushed and told them that was unacceptable they were responsive and while it took an hour to send someone they had purchased new pots and brought them to the apartment these things happen with rental properties and while we were disappointed in how long we had to wait in the scheme of things they actually did a good job troubleshooting the issue. We would stay here again but may look at alternatives too. We are worldwide users of Vrbo this to give you our perspective.
