« This is a huge rip off.. they did not tell how many remotes are there in the apartment and after we left claimed that the remote was missing. They charged a lump sum amount for fixing a clogged toilet as well as waste disposal. NEVER RENT THIS PLACE!!!! »

« Apartment was clean and stocked with basic appliances, silverware and cookware. Limited on supplies like paper towels, trash bags (I had to buy my own). Main complaint is the wi-fi was weak and dropped out completely at one point. Owner was notified to see about resolution but never contacted me back to assist or resolve. »

« I would not recommend staying here. Upon arrival, I found more than 20 dead flies scattered throughout the apartment, along with what appeared to be rodent droppings. I had specifically booked this property because I needed access to a kitchen during a business trip, and given the sanitation concerns, I did not feel comfortable preparing food or staying in the unit. « Upon reservation I received instructions on where to park, (That was correct)codes for elevator ( Not needed) Floor number (Incorrect), Unit # (incorrect). Tried to het in and code did not eork and angry tenant came to door. Dishes were dirty. Bed sheets stained. Bath tub drain didn't work. Used condoms in the bathroom garbage. Contact was rude. »

« Overall a good stay! I can tell I am one of the first to stay, there were not enough towels (only two and one face towel) and it was lacking regular "homey" things. Blank walls, no hand soap, etc. Parking spot was hard to come by at certain times. That being said, everything was clean and I would stay here again. I'm sure it will continue to get better over time as little things get added by host. Good communication from host. »

« It was very pleasant stay. Raj and his support staff like Fenil and others were very nice and helpful. They provide extra bed, blanket and pillow by seeing my need, I didn't have to request. I had already bought one but it wasn't nice and I returned back to walmart. »

« I had a fantastic month-long stay here. The apartment is beautifully set up, spotless, and very comfortable, especially the bed! The location is perfect for exploring downtown Georgetown, and the host was excellent: responsive, welcoming, and attentive to details. I’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it. »
