Upon arrival, I should be able to meet you in person to let you in, show you the apartment and answer any questions. Sometimes, due to your arrival time and what I'm up to, I won’t be able to meet you personally and so will arrange to leave keys at the building to collect. During your stay, you can contact me by phone or on Airbnb between 8:30 am up to 17:30 to request for any information. Except for emergencies guests may call and text outside the indicated hours.
