Rooms were dirty (blood on the curtains, linen was dirty, floors were sticky, hair in shower, etc). Staff was helpful when a refund was requested. A lot of homeless people around the area.

Checked into a dirty room. Dirty towels, hair and other stuff on the beds, floors clearly weren’t properly mopped as there were still spots in the bathroom. They switched us into another room which was still dirty, but not as dirty as the first one. Also advertises that there is breakfast but there is not.

Rooms are outdated, its actually an Econolodge now, not Quality inn. Rooms seemed dirty, towels and linens seemed old and poorly washed.

To start it's not a Quality Inn it's an Econolodge. The bathroom was filthy and the window sill hadn't been cleaned in at least a year.

First of all, I booked Quality Inn through Expedia for that day. When we arrived we could not find the Quality Inn, in the same address it was Econolodge. We circled the block for several times before we finally got into the hotel and asked the staff if it was the Econolodge we booked. The front desk told us it was Quality Inn before and changed to Econolodge recently. I would not have booked the Econolodge for their reputation. From the Expedia website, it said the breakfast was included and the front desk tolad us no breakfast. The property was close to I-40, very noisy. The floor was dirty, the shower faucet was almost pulled out of the wall when I tried to turn on the shower. Same for the sink faucet, so difficult to turn on. Everything is old and out of maintenance. When we asked the front desk if the fridge is working, she told us to pull out the fridge and check if it was plugged into the wall. This is for sure the worst hotel we stayed during this trip of 17 nights, Expedia should be responsible for messing up Quality Inn with Econolodge, but there is a lot to do for Econolodge to raise their service standard.

I booked a room at the Quality Inn, when I arrived it was not Quality Inn it was Econo Lodge. The desk agent was unpleasant. I saw no amenities in the lobby. I proceeded to a room to contact Expedia regarding the major issue of not being the hotel I booked. While on with Expedia, I noticed that the comforter and sheets were STAINED and TORN. The towels were also STAINED. The bed was hard and mainly springs, no comfort at all. I contacted the front desk telling them about the bedding being stained and they told me "Housekeeping has left, we will put clean sheets on tomorrow!" I was astonished. I told them that was unacceptable. They proceeded to find me a new comforter and called me to tell me to come pick it up! They wanted me to make the bed. I told them "NO, they need to bring it to me." They finally sent someone up. That comforter was STAINED too and worse it had blood stains. People were running up and down the walkway and dogs were barking all night long. Almost forgot to mention that the room looked unfinished. The walls and ceiling were not fully painted. There was about two inches of white at the top where it met the ceiling as well as on the ceiling. Lots of scuff marks and dirt all over the walls and ceiling. Looks like the moved the security latch or it was broken, see multiple holes in the door where one used to be. This is absolute the WORST hotel I have ever stayed in. STAY AWAY!!! Spend your money elsewhere.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! This is where junkies go to shoot up! This place is FILTHY!!!! No breakfast as advertised - just really lousy coffee. Nothing that was in the pictures looked like this dump!! Was advertised on here as a Quality Inn - IT IS NOT! It's an Econo Lodge. TV did not work - called front desk to change rooms and they refused. Told them this is not the Quality Inn as advertised & they said they would tell their manager to change it - yeah sure! Told them the TV didn't work & they said they would send maintenance- they never came! The bed was horrible - a king bed on a metal frame that stuck out further than the mattress so you whack your knee on it - several times. And the bed absolutley sucked - had great back pain in the morning - what a gift! The walls were filthy - paint peeling off - mold on the trim of the bathroom floor, threshold of the bathroom floor had a 1/2" gap that was filthy. Toilet bowl hasn't seen a cleaning product or brush in a while. The refrigerator made a loud buzzing vibration noise when it clicked on & off all night. Ear plugs were needed. THIS IS A TOTAL DUMP!!!! RUN THE OTHER WAY!!! The front door both inside & out were disgusting! The AC units were filthy, old & rattled when you used them. Just awful!

This property and the room is disgusting, dirty and lack of any minimum maintenance..even the name of the Motel was different when i get there. The Bed cover had a Cigar burn, i saw a Chewing gum on the Bed frame, walls all dirty, bathroom is super small, holes in the corners, bathtub foully, one of the Bath towels had some kind of black dirty spots. I will never stay there, not even for free , and i was charge $180 one night.
