The Cerreto Laghi ski resort is 8 km away with shops of all kinds, 15 km supermarket and tennis court, 20 km riding centre, 31 km thermal baths, 35 km Fivizzano with public indoor swimming pool, 55 km Pontremoli with golf course. The section of the Ligurian coast of the Cinque Terre, a UNESCO World Heritage Site (approx. 60 km) and its beaches are within easy reach. Some distances for your excursions: 55 km La Spezia, 58 km Lerici, 68 km Portovenere, 90 km Parma, 110 km Lucca, 120 km Portofino, 128 km Pisa, 135 km Genoa, 160 km Florence. The property includes 400 m2 of land on one side of the house, at the front a large (50 m2) paved area equipped for relaxation and outdoor dining, barbecue and heated lounge with infrared heaters, lawn area with above-ground swimming pool, a heated whirlpool for 4 people, outdoor shower, sun loungers and deckchairs. The outdoor area is equipped for outdoor activities such as table tennis, basketball and badminton as well as games for children such as a slide and swing.
