'Our stay at this hotel was very comfortable. All staff were friendly and helpful at all times. Our room was a standard room at the top of the house and it was very clean with a nice ensuite and a comfortable bed. The decor and furniture enhanced the room giving plenty of space to put our clothes and personal effects. Food was very good, we had a three course dinner and the food was delicious.

'Long wait at check in. Airco downstairs, but room hot and no airco. Check out time 11.00. But at 10.30 they said we had 10 minutes.
Airco unit of downstairs next to room window…. Unbelievable. A lot of noise.
Awfull service of front desk. Mostly not occupied and you have to call an outside number with your cell.
Best hotel of Colchester. What a Joke. '
