The beautiful grounds are a standout feature, with meticulously maintained gardens, a lovely variety of plants, and a charming array of animals that added a special touch to the surroundings. The facilities were wonderful, especially the chapel, bar with a pool table, and arcade games, offering entertainment for all ages. The service was exemplary—every staff member we encountered...

'The location and views were beautiful. The home was very large with four bedrooms, each with it's own bathroom, which was perfect for a family of eight. The only problem was that in one bathroom the drain in the shower was clogged which meant that the water did not drain while you were taking a shower. Other than that, everything was very nice and comfortable. We were not charged IVA tax when we checked out as we are US citizens. It is a little hard to see where the entrance is from the road as...

'The rooms were extremely well maintained and very clean. The staff were provided by the host at my request and paid separately. Both persons were very helpful, highly professional and discreet. They prepared custom-ordered breakfast for us, and cleaned the entire facility, including bedrooms and bathrooms, each day.'

'The best thing about this hotel was the tranquility of the area. Since you have to drive about 1/2 mile from the main road, the hotel area was very quiet. It also had a great view to a valley. Staff was very courteous, friendly and very customer oriented. Although Food was not pricey it was very tasty. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Wifi was OK. '

'Excelente experiencia Mi estadía fue perfecta de principio a fin. La atención del personal fue impecable, siempre amables y dispuestos a ayudar. Las habitaciones son cómodas y se complementan muy bien con el ambiente campestre del lugar. El desayuno estuvo muy bueno, las áreas comunes son acogedoras y la piscina se encuentra en óptimas condiciones. Pero sin duda, lo mejor de todo es la cascada: un espacio hermoso y relajante que hace la visita aún más especial. Totalmente recomendado.'
