This property was very nicely updated. The room was very spacious and comfortable. King bed was very comfortable and bathroom was well equipped. We had breakfast included which was a buffet with a good variety of foods. We stayed for one night off season in mid September and the area was very quiet with lots of places closed for the season. Overall very nice hotel would love to stay again during the summer season.

Highly recommend this hotel
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was bright, modern, clean, with friendly helpful staff and delicious meals. The dinner was one of the best hotel restaurant meals I have ever had! The breakfast buffet was very good, in a large clean dining area. We were traveling with our small dog, and appreciated how they welcomed her too, with a dog bed and food/water bowls in our room. We had a nice private patio with a table and two chairs. The room was spacious with a large comfortable bed and plenty of fluffy pillows. We appreciated the bathrobes and slippers. It was nice to have a coffee maker in the room. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was very nice. The only complaint is the light in the bathroom was rather dim, it would be nice to have brighter light. The hotel was within walking distance of the beach and some sights, although it might be a long walk for some people. We would definitely stay here again!

El hotel es muy tranquilo, las habitaciones muy cómodas, espaciosas y limpias. Quizás el mejor hotel de Figueira da Foz. El buffe de desalluno de 10. Vale la pena 100%. Muy buena experiencia.

we get an upgrade from a normal room to a suite, that was really nice from the hotel. We slept there really good and it was so comfortable . The whole room was complete new and the design was so warm a Big thank you :)

La llegada fue un poco caótica, nos dieron nuestra habitación y la targeta no abría, nos tubieron más de 20 minutos con el equipaje en la puerta de la habitacion en un pasillo estrecho y sin aire acondicionado, a la 3 targeta que no abría por fin nos dieron la solución de cambiarnos a una habitación "superior" que funcionaba con llave y no con targeta (menos mal) la mayoría de el personal encantador, la habitación estaba bantante bien, la pega esque el único espejo estaba en un pasillo muy oscuro y el baño tampco es que tuviese mucha luz, con lo cual era bastante difícil para una chica arreglarse... La mampara de la ducha no evitaba que salisese el agua, pero la estancia en general fue cómoda, el desayuno bastante bien y variado pero podría estar incluido en el precio no era algo fuera de lo común... La piscina muy bien pero cuando se podía estar por que el tiempo lo permitía no estaba ni el jacuzzi ni los chorros encendidos... Yo le daría 4 estrellas, aún así volvería a alojarme y esperamos volver a hacerlo, gracias!

Hope to visit again
This was our 2nd stay at Malibu and I hope we can return again. It’s stylish, with large comfy beds and spacious spotless bathrooms. The staff are so lovely. Mensa the restaurant is very nice.

The staff was extremely helpful. When I lost my wallet at a club, they made sure I was able to retrieve it at 4 in the morning. They even paid for a cab to the club, as I had no wallet!

Great hotel a short walk from the beach
I had low expectations for the hotel given the price, but how wrong could I be. The hotel is set in beautiful grounds with a large swimming pool and pool bar. The reception staff gave a friendly welcome. The rooms are large and the feel is pure luxury. The bed is big and comfy. Bathroom is modern and well appointed. There is nothing to complain about in the lovely hotel.

Personal atento , profesional y amable , limpieza perfecta, habitación en buen estado y moderna , cómoda cama y silenciosa, aire acondicionado bien salvo por un ruido que hacía estando apagado que te despierta , hotel bien ubicado para ir a playa a pie y a cenar ! Baño pequeño pero correcto , imagino que tienen habitaciones más grandes .Volveremos seguro !!!

Great hotel in walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Hotel was very clean and the rooms were spacious. Only drawback was the pool bar restaurant was extremely slow and we didn’t get two of our items but would still return.

Wonderful Hotel
The Malibu Foz is an exceptionally stylish hotel with impeccable decor and a lovely light and clean feel. The room was beautiful and a different interior design to most other hotels was very well thought out and welcome. The pool area was excellent although being May, the water was a little cold on entering but lovely and cooling after, Parking was easy and free and only a short 10 minute walk into town and the main restaurants. Extremely good value for money too and we were sad to leave! I don't often write reviews but the Malibu Foz deserves it.

Great hotel. Would stay here again. Friendly and helpful stay. Good pool area. Just five minutes walk to beach and loads of bars/restaurants. We extended our stay as liked the hotel and local area so much.
