'The apartment was comfortable but a few niggles. There was no where to hang the bath towel in the bathroom. There was a radiator but it meant you would be dripping wet getting out of the bath to get it. There were only pegs by the front door of the apartment. There was no full length mirror. I was going to a wedding so wanted to see what I looked like but the mirrors were too high. The bathrooms smelt musty. The bed was too soft, now suffering with a bad back!'

'Plenty and easy parking. When I entered the bar, I was confronted with Theakstone's on draught, real ale, which is one of my all time favourites (only temporarily available) so I knew that my stay was going to be excellent. Nice food, very friendly staff and nice breakfast. It was my first stay, but hopefully not my last. My routing when travelling in the UK varies, but I hope I can include the Forest Lodge in my future travel plans. It would be worth driving a bit extra to arrive here. '

'The hotel room was ok and spacious. Shower gave not so much water. But in general it was a rundown place. We had to wait for food and breakfast long times. At breakfast some plates were not clean.
