'We had an excellent stay on Halloween night. Our first impression upon entering the room was a bit off-putting -- the chair cover is very torn and the curtain is dirty on the bottom and the lining torn a bit too. Later, we found out that the sink (in room 318) wouldn't drain. I wish there was a shower cap. These things didn't affect our stay negatively however. The chair was comfortable, the curtain kept out the light, the sink drained eventually. The doors and furniture are beautiful. The...

'We absolutely loved this hotel in Fernie, BC. An absolutely breathtaking location in this quaint little mountain town. The hotel was nice, very clean and well maintained. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I truly hope to visit again. Wonderful'

'Leuke knusse kamers, ouderwets ingericht, alles is aanwezig (keuken, zithoek, goed bed). Heerlijke hot tub.'

Gunstige locatie dichtbij centrum.'

'Great place. Awesome atmosphere and friendly staff. Stayed in a private room with bunks which were very comfortable.'

Algehele indruk: zeer gedateerd, slecht onderhouden hotel. '

'The staff here at lizard creek are so kind, welcome and went out of their way to make our stay so memorable! We would absolutely return here again.'

Badkuip was oud. Heetwaterkraan in keuken deed niets. Kortom, voor de hoge prijs die...

'The room was SO cute!!! 🥰 You can really tell how much love, thought, and care went into creating this unit. There are so many adorable details, from the little bunnies throughout the room to the gorgeous tiling, beautiful cabinets, and super cute tub. It really feels like they put a lot of thought into making guests feel comfortable and cared for. Just a couple of things to be aware of for future guests (more as a heads-up than a complaint!). The bunk beds are quite close to the ceiling, so...
