The apartment is located on the second floor of a two-apartment building in front of the sea in Portocolom.

We access the apartment by the staircase that takes us to the second floor, there is no elevator so it is not recommended to persons with mobility impairment. When we enter the apartment, we find a large living room with two areas, one with a dining table for 6 people and another are with a sofa in front of the TV; from the living room we access the terrace where there is a terrace table, some seats, a place where you can enjoy excellent views of the port; next to the dining room, there is the fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the terrace.

In the back of the apartment, there are the bedrooms, one with a double bed and a bathroom en suite with shower, two with two single beds and a bathroom with shower, and on the back terrace, there is the washing machine.

The apartment has satellite TV, Wifi and air conditioning in the whole apartment.
