Little Red is just a 0.3 mile walk to the entrance of campus and a 0.8 mile walk to Razorback Football Stadium. With everything within walking distance, you will feel like a college kid again! Adventure out a little further and you will be in the center of Downtown Fayetteville to enjoy our entertainment district, historic square, and many shops and eateries.

When you walk in our home you will find our open concept living room, kitchen, and dining space that creates the perfect space for memorable gatherings. The living room features a large Smart TV with all your favorite streaming channels, along with plush seating and special Razorback touches. Whether you're preparing delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen or enjoying a board game at the dining table, the seamless flow of this space ensures everyone can be part of the fun.



Outside, take in the fresh air and the excitement of a Razorback game day from the front or back patios! The back patio features a grill, seating, string lights, hammocks, and the perfect photo opportunity by the custom-made Arkansas sign.



When it is time to turn in for the night, choose from one of our four private bedrooms:

1) Primary bedroom - King size bed, 50-inch Smart TV, and an attached bathroom.

2) Second bedroom - Queen size bed, 33-inch Smart TV, and a nearby bathroom

3) Third bedroom - Queen size bed, 33-inch Smart TV, and a nearby bathroom.

4) The guest house has another Queen size bed, 33-inch Smart TV, kitchenette, and bathroom.



Guest Access:

Guest Access & Amenities:

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

Getting Around:

Located right by the college campus! Public Transit, bike trail access, and ride share available.



Other Things to Note:

★ Free parking available for 5 cars (no parking allowed on the concrete pad in the back yard).



House Rules that are strictly enforced:

- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.

- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.

- This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.

- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.

- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.

- Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies.

- There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
