- The church bells ring at the church next door at 8:00 am on Sundays.



Guest Access:

You will have access to the full property, except the storage shed.



The Neighborhood:

Located down a quiet country road, about 10 minutes from Round Top, 15 minutes from Fayetteville, and 25 minutes from Brenham.



Getting Around:

You'll need a vehicle to get around the area. Ride sharing apps, like Uber/Lyft, aren't available in this rural area.



Other Things to Note:

-Pre-arrival form & rental agreement: we do ask for a copy of your ID as part of our guest screening process after the reservation is confirmed. You will also be asked to sign a rental agreement. Must be 22+ years old to rent.



- When you stay with HOSTÎE Vacation Rentals, you are covered for any accidents that might happen up to $3000 with the added fee of $59 in your total. Coverage details are spelled out in your rental agreement. This is applied to all bookings.



-Pet Policy: No Pets



- CANCELLATION POLICY : The initial deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days prior to your stay, less a 6% processing fee. No refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in. For spring, fall, and winter antique show dates, no refunds for cancellations made within 60 days of check-in. The cancellation policy will be upheld with no exceptions. All guests are encouraged to purchase trip insurance.



- No pets allowed on the property. You must advise the host if bringing a service animal ahead of time.
