  • Deze 4 slaapkamers, 3 badkamers huis is in het hart van de U van A-campus. Aan de overkant van de poorten van Ole Main, net achter de huizen Tri-Delt en Zeta, kunt u echt niet veel dichterbij komen. Het is net opnieuw gemodelleerd en het is perfect voor games, oudersweekends, bluesfietsen, afstuderen of zo ongeveer alles dat je naar Fayetteville zou brengen. Het heeft dubbele zone warmte en lucht, een vaatwasser, wasmachine / droger, een bbq-grill en veel ruimte om uit te strekken. Great location for anything near campus - walking distance. Clean, more spacious than expected. Good communication with the Host. This place is definitely on my to-go place when returning to UA.

Great house. Great location.

Beautiful house. The property owner is very nice and communicative before and during the stay. We had a few issues during the stay and they rectified them immediately. I highly recommend this house for any family or large group coming to Fayetteville. It is walking distance to everything on campus as well.

In town for family memorial service

It was a charming little home! Comfortably fit four couples. We had issues with plumbing and the Hulu hookup that were quickly resolved. To be honest, we didn't spend a lot of time in the house, and did not cook a meal there...but it looked like an adequately stocked kitchen. Would recommend it.

Great weekend

This is a great house in an superb location. We meet 2 other couples for a weekend get together. It’s centrally located with parking for 4 vehicles and lots of space for a group. We enjoyed being close to Dickson street and hanging out on the front porch. Thanks for a great weekend with friends in Fayetteville.

Location!

Perfect location. We were able to walk the campus, to the football game, and the bookstore all on foot. We had a great time!

Great location with walking access to the U of A. Right next to many of the sororities amd the main historical building. Good service from the owners. Thermostat was promptly fixed. Clean house.

Perfect house with great location

This house was perfect for us. We loved being walking distance to campus, Dickson Street and the town square. The owners were quick to respond to any questions. Definitely will stay here again!

Great place!

The home was in a great location, and worked out perfect for a few couples that were there. Plenty of bathrooms For multiple couples. If I was just 20 years younger it would’ve been a perfect walk to Dickson Street! 😂

great place close to University of Arkansas campus

The four bedrooms fit our extended family perfectly. It was great having two king bedrooms and 2 queen bedrooms. Having three bathrooms helped us all get ready easily each morning. The location so close to campus couldn't be beat! Adults and kids both really liked the house. The owners were very accommodating. We visited in-between semesters, but the area was very quiet at night for us. As another reviewer mentioned, there are only four spaces at the dining table, but our large family all managed fine with the large living room right there, too. We would not hesitate to return to this house if we get an opportunity to visit the area again!
