« Traveling with my husband, we chose this hotel specifically because it’s within walking distance to Butler Street and family. If you are into the modern industrial and a minimalist this is for you. We had a micro-room. We stayed three nights. The room is very sleek, black, gray, and white; high ceilings and tall, vertical windows. There were no unnecessary dressers or extra furniture around the room. The closet is open air shelves for luggage and rod to hanging clothes. Typical coffee amenities...

« Staff was friendly, helpful and attentive. Room was clean and roomy. Would certainly stay there again. »

« Physically a nice hotel. However simple features like a hot water faucet was not totally functional, in room air unit with a hose connection to the window that wasn’t fastened with a large enough opening for a bird to enter. No room darkening shades. Small items. One star is for being totally unaccommodating when we asked to leave the car in the lot till 3:00. The person I spoke with about this gave me an automated response. They could have been flexible, but no? »

« The train is way too close to the hotel. We felt it was in our room. Our room was next to the elevator on the 3rd floor, so it was very noisy. With a six nights stay a view on the river and further from elevators and train would have been appreciated. Good breakfast every morning with many options. Thanks »

« Room was great for the price. Was excellent location for the hospital. Was surprised by the $16.00 a night fee to park in the hotel parking lot. Was never charged a fee to use a hotel parking lot before. This was an unexpected expense. »
