Only received a refund when we complained and pointed out that had I come and just bought a coffee I would have been eligible for free parking as I would have been considered to be a customer. But not considered to be a customer when staying overnight. »

« Absolutely fabulous few days away. This is a real gem of a hotel. Quiet and secluded but a real joy to experience. The staff are so helpful and genuine (Rosie, Sharon and Oliver deserve medals) There was plenty of choice for breakfast, the cooked breakfast was tasty and well presented. The evening dinner menu and quality of food was 10/10. I think it could be even better with a slightly extended menu. We will be back x »

« The room is immaculate. Nice shower and has nice toiletries. Comfortable bed but i find the pillows too soft. The hotel is very close to the seaside. The staff are friendly and helpful. « Extremely poor condition of the door to room 3, which was the room I was given on 11 March. My room was an external room of the Inn and therefore the security of the guest experience should be of a much higher level than if the guest was located within the actual main building. However, the door lock to my external room had clearly been breached with a screwdriver at some point in the past. Was this damage caused during a burglary, perhap?? It did not appear to be recent damage, as the exposed...
