'The place was amazing! Check in process smooth with lockbox. I got a video on how to get into the building, so its impossible to miss it. Had shampoo, bodywash, hand soap, everything you need. Very clean, two bathrooms, quiet. Upstairs bedroom was beautiful, Milan Retreats are very responsive, reply almost right away. Two balcony views, view is over a park, 5 minutes from shops, restaurants, 8 minute walk to metro. Peaceful area, absolutely no complaints and would HIGHLY recommend. Smelled...

'The room was clean with all the amenities you need for a long trip - refrigerator, cooking range, balcony, clean bathroom and shower. The bathroom is a bit small with a low hanging beam, so beware if you are tall. The owners were very friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to messages. You are on a street with many restaurants and cafes, so you won’t have to travel far to find good food. '

'We had a slight mix up upon arrival at the property which could of potentially be very problematic but was eventually resolved. The lock box for the suite keys were empty but luckily another set of tenants arrived shortly and between us it was determined that the cleaner had gave our suite to them in error. 'Beauty, comfort and location!..The bed is comfortable, the location is only 10 minutes walk to the duomo, but located in a quiet place. The kitchen is complete and there is a grocery store only 2 minutes from the hotel.
