'We stayed here because our son was graduating from Basic Training at Lackland. It was a convenient location from the base. Staff were very helpful with any need. We enjoyed the pools and grounds. My only complaint was not getting to stay longer. We would definitely come back.'

'Everything was going great until it was shower time the water pressure was non existent. That’s a major issue! Getting back from the heat or even the pool you expect to come back and have a nice relaxing shower but the water pressure had other ideas. Never have I ever had such a low water pressure in any of the cheap hotels I’ve ever stayed at but to have it in the courtyard by Marriot is wild! I hope this issue is resolved for other guest.'

'Great hotel for staying by Sea World, the shuttle is perfect and saves so much by not paying for parking.
The hotel was clean, the free roll away bed is a great option for families. We ate at the on-site restaurant for dinner, the food was good and kids 11 and under eat free with an adult.
The amenities are nice for kids, a pool and a billiards table.
The staff were all helpful and pleasant. We will stay here again when we visit the area.'

'My stay was actually pretty good. After reading all the negative reviews, I was reluctant to book. The hotel was clean, I have no complaints on the staff. I would have given 5 stars but the breakfast wasn't as tasty as I would have liked. The eggs were tasteless, like artificial. I don't know what was going on with the waffle mix, it was horrible! Also, the juice machine was out of order they didn't offer anything in its place. I really would have liked to give them more stars. They need to...

'I thought the stay was fair for the price. Upon entering there is a smell like pesticide or something like that. The rooms also had like a musty smell once the ac was turned up it seems like it went away.
Beds were very comfortable staff was nice. I think investing in some smell good would really help this place out. Breakfast was great and kitchen staff was nice'
