The space

The approximately 47-square-meter apartment is located on the second floor of a building WITHOUT an elevator (32 steps to reach the apartment’s floor) and is laid out as follows:



- KITCHENETTE equipped with an induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, dishwasher, kettle, electric oven, and wine glasses;

- LIVING AREA with a dining table, a double French-style sofa bed, and a TV;

- BEDROOM I with a double bed and closet, access to the terrace;

- BEDROOM II with an armchair and closet;

- BATHROOM with shower stall, bidet, and toilet.

- BALCONY with a wooden table, a lounge chair, and a beach umbrella.



One assigned outdoor parking space is available directly below the apartment.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited Wi-Fi, split A/C, washing machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, and clothesline. Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).



Please note that there is no Wi-Fi inside the apartment.

The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.



Additional details to note

Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to upload your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax due to the Municipality of Fano, which is EUR 1.30 per night per person for the first 14 nights. Children under 15 are exempt.

We require this procedure to verify your information and documents and to submit the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

. Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

ESummer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Fano Climate Zone E: 13 hours per day from October 22 to April 7.



Please note that check-ins outside the indicated hours must be arranged directly with the property and are subject to the following surcharges:

- 21.30 - 23.00: €25.00;
