« It looks like a old Days Inn inside and out. The room was recently painted up to the ceiling, the bathroom light / fan fixture in the ceiling needs a good soak and clean or replacement. The room has a 17" ? TV, mini fridge and microwave, but did not have a coffee maker or a hair dryer. The floors needed mopped, they were sticky. The 2 queen beds were comfortable enough, although they both squeak when one moved. We were on the first floor, and were able to park right in front on our entrance...

« It wasn’t far from the historic, downtown area where all the action is. The manager and owner were very accommodating with a room change I requested. Know that this is located about a Mile or so from the historic downtown so walking may not be desirable. Also it is a boutique, older hotel with common areas that are not really well cleaned and presented. Our actual room was comfortable and clean with unmatched towels but decorated nicely. « Desk clerk was rude! It says there is a possibility of a deposit upon arrival if you live within 60 miles of the hotel on here. It didn't say how much the deposit would be (it does now because they updated it later) or that they wanted $250 IN CASH even though it says they don't accept cash! We live 45 minutes away but were staying there for our son's surgery the next morning. They didn't explain the deposit or try to calmly explain anything. « Our employee's have stayed here before. However, this time was pretty terrible. Headboards in both rooms coming off, squeaking and uncomfortable beds. Also was not very clean. Not sure what has happened from December 2025 to March 2026 but it's not going in a great direction. »

« Room was very nice, clean. Front desk clerk was very nice. Did not use the pool. My only complaint is the $75 pet fee. This is outrageous. I have never paid more than $25 for a pet fee. It would be very helpful if Expedia would post the pet fees. For this reason I will never stay at a Marriot hotel again. I have traveled with dogs all my life and they are/were well trained and have never, ever damaged a hotel room or airbnb home. »
