A contemporary sectional sets the scene for relaxation in the living room. In the evening, kick back and stream your favorite shows on the smart TV. Choose from a selection of board games or watch a movie on the smart TV in the family room, featuring seating for four. An office nook provides a cushioned armchair and a desk with seating for two. Prepare your favorite foods in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring sleek stone countertops and an array of helpful gadgets. While dinner simmers, perch at the kitchen bar with seating for two. When it’s time to eat, gather for mealtime around the formal six-person dining table.

Rest peacefully in the primary suite, complete with a king bed, smart TV, and en-suite bathroom with double vanity and a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom features a queen bed, while the third bedroom is outfitted with two twin beds. One guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination, another comes with a walk-in shower. A half bath adds additional convenience.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
