GENERAL- 15 minute drive of Falmouth and Truro...- Attractively renovated traditional terraced cottage- Set in a quiet village lane in the heart of Mylor Bridge- Parking available for 1 car GROUND FLOOR- Couple of granite steps up to entrance lobby- One step up to bathroom W.C. with hand basin and shower over the bath- L shaped kitchen/dining room with dining suite and fitted maple units- One step down to sitting room with cottage style lounge seating UPSTAIRS- Rather steep and narrow carpeted staircase - Two bedrooms with a double and twin beds, both with corner vanity basins GARDEN- Across the lane is a parking area with space for one car- Half a dozen gated steps lead up to a long lawned garden- Pets and young children will require supervision outside LOCAL AREA- Pub, local shops and tidal creek are only a couple of minutes walk- Mylor Harbour home to the Pandora Inn is 2 miles- Falmouth with a variety of beaches is less than 5 miles- Public and National Trust gardens to visit in the area- Cathedral city of Truro is 8 miles PLEASE NOTE- Towels not available- This property welcomes one small dog only- No under 5's

The travel directions will provide you with the details of the owner / housekeeper and instruction on who to contact a few days before your holiday to make the key arrangements. You will also be given the details of your point of contact should you have any questions or issues whilst on holiday.
