'The accommodation were perfect. Very thoughtful and want for nothing. The living room couch folds to a bed, was worried for comfort...... it had a pad that makes it so comfortable , you wouldn't know you were on a couch. Would definitely stay again, was very comfortable and inviting. The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with spices, coffee and basic essentials and then some. Above our expectations. Same for the bathroom. As for the king bed room, BEAUTIFUL Thank you for letting us stay'

'This was the perfect location and property for a friend and myself to spend a few days exploring the city. The condo is perfectly located to many of the popular sites and has restaurants and grocery store nearby. Inside, it was very accurately described in the listing. 'My wife and I wanted the opportunity to visit the new waterfront park, and this condo is in a perfect location. It’s also very close to the vibrant Queen Anne scene with all its restaurants and shopping. The unit checks all the basic boxes, and is quite functional. We especially appreciated the use of a parking permit which allowed us to park just a block away and ignore Seattle’s indecipherable parking regulations.'

'The property did not disappoint. We really enjoyed our stay. It was clean and quiet. We'd never been to Seattle and were pleasantly surprised with not only the space, but the location. It was so close to most of the places we went to visit. I had a little difficulty checking in, but nothing unmanageable. The only problem we did have had to do with the parking. 'I booked this as a last minute getaway trip to Seattle. I wanted to be outside of the downtown area for a different vibe and my stay here did not disappoint. Loved the location in the historic Columbia City area and within walking distance of the Light Rail for easy access. Plenty of great restaurants in the area and I loved walking to Seward Park. The room was clean and had many amenities available making it a very comfortable stay. Communication with the host was great. Would stay again. '

'The property was amazing. Things I didn’t like, it was a basement unit, and always cool. No way to control the temperature ( that I could find) in the unit. The only parking is on the street. I had to plan ahead what to bring in. The neighbors in the back, had an Apple tree. There were yucky, dead apples all along the path to the back and the stairs. I was visiting my grandson in the UW district. Was very convenient for that '
