'This hotel was an excellent choice. Conveniently located, very clean, staff and service are amazing , Very friendly and catered with care to the three seniors traveling with me. Restaurant on site equally excellent. Geat service, delicious food and amazing staff. Definitely a first class five star facility.'

'If you want to destroy your trip to ayodhiya then you should book this hotel. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. We booked 2 rooms for my family of 5 for 2 nights. The trouble started with checking in. They didn’t find our Booking, after an hour they found a reservation of 1 room and afther another 30 minutes they finally find out the booking was for 2 rooms. They tried to put us in a horrible urine smelling room. We waited in the corridor for another 2 hours while the manager tried to fix...

'Staff was friendly and helpful but lack the communication ability. We booked the property, to be paid, and when we went for check out, it was already charged to my credit card.they did not even ask or mention when we checked in'

'I wasnt very happy with my my stay. The biggest issue was that the photos on the website are very misleading. They make the property look modern, clean, and well-maintained, but the reality is completely different. The bathroom had mold around the caulking, the toilet flush was not working properly, and the overall condition of the room felt old and poorly maintained. The TV and internet connection kept cutting in and out throughout my stay, making it frustrating to use both. That said, the...

'Excellent people, great food and location is very close to Ram mandir. Thank you so much Pandey Ji (host) for great hospitality and help.'

'Best location in front of ram mandir'

'Akhilesh Pathak and Sachin Varma provided outstanding service including getting breakfast from nearby resturant, getting autos and rikshas from highways. Good nature to help and support customers. '

'Very clean and quiet place with polite staff. '

'बहुत सुंदर लगा, स्टाफ भी व्यवहार कुशल है, किफायती कीमत में उपलब्ध है। शहर के बीच में है जहां से राम मंदिर, हनुमान गढ़ी एवं सरयुग घाट जाना सुगम है।'

'Good '

'Place is like homestead in farming area but service was great with great rooms as new building '

'Poop Smell - very bad sewage smell that made all of us sick. We had to check out in the middle of the night and go to a different hotel. The staff were very rude and uncaring and kept blaming it on us that we turned the vent fan on and it caused the smell. It’s clearly their bad sewage problem. Please don’t book this hotel especially if you are coming for Ayodhya visit from out of India. It will make you sick. I request hotels.com to please remove this hotel from your list. It is very unhygienic...

'The rooms were not ready when we reached, it took the staff 40 mins to clean the room and bathroom. The bedsheets were dirty initially. The manager was not so polite and didn’t offer to compensate for our discomfort. Otherwise the stay was OK. The way to the hotel was terrible. We got a flat tire.'

'Room was average with soiled sheets. The people made up for it as they were so helpful. The staff would do well with attention to linen and sheets. These were pretty poor though we reached there at 3 AM. '
