'lovely hotel in a good location close to the main Betws Yr Coed where there is a good choice of restaurants, pubs and shops. only 7 mins drive from Pen Y Pass car park and approximately 12 mins to Snowdon railway'

'Room smelled pungently of mildew. When I told the staff they said they’d have to do a better job of cleaning. We left several days ago and everything in my suitcase, including all my clothes, still have that mildew smell. Quiet setting. Large rooms but had no way to air out except for a tiny window 18x8 that partially opened. Luckily it was cool weather. Pub was cute and food including breakfast was good.'

'My stay at Craig-y-Dderwen Riverside Hotel was absolutely wonderful. The setting alone makes it special - nestled right along the river, surrounded by beautiful scenery that immediately makes you slow down and relax. In the evenings I opened my window to hear the sound of the river flowing by. It was incredible peaceful. The staff was genuinely warm and welcoming. They happily shared hiking recommendations, and one evening when I went down for a glass of wine, a staff member encouraged me to...

'The room was basic but clean and a great location. There is no parking and it did take about an hour to find parking which was 24 hours. It was a Bank Holiday though so it was busy. The walls were not sound proof so we could hear other people coming and going and playing loud music from their rooms and that made it hard to sleep properly. '

'Lovely hotel right in the high street. Quirky, old and well maintained. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice on the menu. Would recommend if staying in the area.'

'Room adequate however curtains falling off, door didn't shut unless you locked it, bath seal not on bath so floor very wet after shower, extractor needs attention it made hell of a noise, sink usable but cracked. Room half painted. Stairs to the basement dangerous as a boxing in comes over to far on the bend so you can only use the thinner part of the steps.'

'The room was clean & we had a nice meal, however we asked for breakfast at 8am due to a ride event we were attending. However, the following day no breakfast was available & the chef was unaware of our request, which was a shame & left with no food. Also, on the Expedia site the room I booked was £52 each, but I was charged £112, & not sure where the fault lies though suspect it is Expedia'

'Was allowed to park before check-in time. Arrived at about 1pm, and was told that my room was ready and can check-in straight away. The lady running the b+b was very friendly and helpful. Only a short walk to the beach and town centre A good price, would recommend'
