'The staff was excellent, especially the front desk team, who were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was a little dated but clean. We chose this hotel over others in the area because the website describes it as elegant and says to “expect nothing but excellence.” Unfortunately, the hotel itself didn’t quite live up to those expectations. While the spa may offer that level of luxury, the hotel could certainly use some upgrades and more thorough cleaning in the common areas. I...

'The staff were all so friendly!!! Especially the night staff!! Our room was huge and very clean. Breakfast was good. Only complaint and not really a complaint because the place was great is the elevator kept closing on is when we walked in. Other than that I would definitely be back!!'

'Beautiful short stay! Enjoyed breakfast by the fireplace'

'Grote kamer, schoon, fijne bedden'

'Clean room, nice staff'

'Wonderful experience at The Del Monte Lodge! The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and impeccably maintained. What really stood out was the staff—everyone was genuinely warm, welcoming, and attentive, and I felt very well taken care of throughout my stay. The location in Pittsford is also perfect. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it!'

'Good stay'

'Prima hotel voor een prima prijs. Grote kamers met alle voorzieningen. Klein zwembad maar prima om in af te koelen. Goed werkende fitness ruimte.'

'Na'

'Great location for local history sites. The employee was very friendly and stepped outside with me to show me where our room was. Loved parking right outside our door. The breakfast was an on the go breakfast, granola bars, fruit and pastries. It was good with us, if not there is a McDonalds right next door. Room was clean but a little smaller to other places we have stayed. That didn't bother us as we were gone during the day. I would not hesitate to book this place again!'
