Surrounded by rustic mountain scenery and tall greenery, this cabin includes all the essentials you and your guests need to get away and relax in the welcoming and eccentric town of Fairplay. Complete with floor-to-ceiling windows, a wrap-around outdoor patio, and set on 5 acres of land, this home is perfect for viewing everything that Colorado has to offer, including wildlife!

Our 3-story home is well-equipped with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a full kitchen, multiple dining areas, laundry, and 2 living rooms with TVs, making this home perfect for hosting families and large groups. Primary suite includes a King bed and an ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. Additional amenities include unlimited Wifi internet access with 1 Smart TV located in the main living room, a gas fireplace, a gas grill, board games & cards, DVD movies, sleds & snow saucers, and 2 pairs of snow shoes perfect for exploring the area.

Home is located in Fairplay, CO, an adorable little town only 25 minutes from Breckenridge and less than 2 hours from Denver. It is a historical mining town that inspired the hit TV series, SouthPark, and has eccentric museums, authentic restaurants, shopping, and the kindest people you will ever meet, making it the perfect getaway year-round!

A great time with our kids and FairPlay was a perfect place for the places we wanted to visit. The cabin was one of the best rental cabins we’ve where we have stayed. We usually have to go out and buy almost everything, including dish towels and clothes but this cabin had all the provisions for a great stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful cabin in the Fairplay Colorado mountains. The location is breathtaking—surrounded by scenic mountain views and peaceful nature. We were even lucky enough to see elk during our stay, (from the back porch) which made the experience feel truly special.The cabin itself was very comfortable, spotless, and extremely well stocked with everything we needed. It felt like a home away from home and was the perfect place to relax and unwind. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation spot and would highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a memorable mountain escape. We would love to return!If you’d like, I can make it shorter, more enthusiastic, or tailor it for families, couples, or a romantic getaway.

Great family getaway!

This is super close to Fairplay and very convenient to Main Street. Easy to park, beautiful wrap around deck and very quiet and peaceful. Took my dog on nice walk behind house. Great amenities and kitchen and has everything you need. Very comfortable, tons of blankets, cozy! Amazing views too!

Absolutely wonderful home

The home is exactly as described and the host is awesome. The home is very well stocked, very comfortable, and close to everything in town. Just across Hoosier pass is Breck and Keystone as well. The host is very communicative and helpful, check in/out was an absolute breeze. I highly recommend to other travelers, we will certainly be returning.

LOVE this Cabin!

If we could give 20 stars, we would. This is our third time staying here and absolutely love it. The cabin is spacious, clean, stocked with everything you could possibly need and the Views out the tall windows are truly “Million Dollar” views! Only five minutes from grocery store if needed but you would never know you are that close. This home is nestled far back in the forest and makes you feel like you are the only ones for hundreds of miles. I cannot say enough great things about this home or the owner! Fantastic communication, the check in and check out process is one of the easiest we have ever experienced. We treat their home as our own and in return there are only a handful of things to complete before leaving. We will never stay anywhere else when we visit Colorado:)

Cozy with mountain character house .

We loved this house for our family. House is beautifully decorated with Colorado decor, and wood work details throughout the house. House is located in wooden area with amazing view on the mountains. Really well equipped kitchen!!!! Comfortable beds!!!! Huge plus was there are two entertainment areas which we could use, and be separated from the kids.

Lovely stay in the mountains

My husband and I and our two dogs had a great two week stay here. The house is lovely and very comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked with most everything you need to cook. The location of the house was beautiful and nice places to take the dogs for a walk just out the driveway. Michael was so great to work with and so accommodating. We had to reschedule our trip at the last minute because of a pets illness and he was so gracious and allowed us to reschedule. And then on the trip we were delayed leaving because of the big snow storm that shut down the interstate and we were able to work with him and stay at the house.

Perfectly Beautiful Stay

We loved our stay! The beautiful cabin, the convenient location, the wonderful views, and the natural beauty were more than we could have imagined. The cabin is very spacious and the layout provided nice privacy for the adult couples of our family. Communication with the manager was excellent. Staying in this cabin added so much pleasure to our family vacation and we would love to stay here again!

Fairplay Cabin

Cabin is exactly as pictured. The layout makes it perfect for families with kids, or larger groups. The bottom level was big enough and accommodated our 4 teenagers. The large windows are perfect for stargazing when you’re worried about meeting bears, or deer or any wild animals. It’s only a 30min or so drive to Breckenridge, which is beautiful. We loved our stay and would recommend.

Delightful stay

We stayed a week in this cabin and truly loved it. It was perfectly situated to hit the other areas like Buena Vista to rent a jeep or go shopping in Breckenridge. The south Platte River was a bucket list item for me and it was 9 miles away from the cabin so that'checked off now. Loved the House, perfect for the family and two pets. We had a great time. Home was what we expected. Very well appointed and lots of amenities. We were only disappointed in the parking. We were told there was plenty of room for a truck and trailer. Was very cumbersome to maneuver things around. However we would most likely go back
