'Great breakfast, clean room, polite staff. The front desk needs a bell or phone to contact employee because they are in the office in the evening and didn’t come out for 20 minutes. Unable to call front desk from room also..front desk phone out of order. I had to book through Expedia because no phone service with front desk. Brand new building working out the details I guess. Plan to return in the future!'

'The rooms had a stale smell. The plugs in the bathroom did not work. The mattress & sheets had stains on them. There were roaches in the rooms. My niece also stayed & we both had to leave. No way we were staying in those conditions. When we tried to get a refund they rudely told us they do not do that. When Expedia contacted them the denied it all & said they offered us a new room. For us they did not but they did for my niece & it was just as bad. Stay far, far, far away from this place! ...

'The rooms sofa bed was dirty with a tissue , hair , and crushed chips when we pulled it out to use it. It really just made me question the cleanliness of the whole room. The front desk woman apologized and gave us new sheets to put on. The breakfast was good.'
