• 3 Themed Bedrooms – Each bedroom has its own unique design: an ocean-themed king bedroom, a modern black & white king bedroom, and a Lemon Amalfi Coast room with two Twin XL beds.
• Dedicated Office Space – A separate moss green office provides a quiet and comfortable space to work, study, or take calls during your stay.
• Coffee Station – Start your morning with a fully stocked coffee station featuring a drip coffee maker, K-Cup pod coffee maker, French press, hot chocolate, and tea.

Office: The home also includes a separate dedicated office with a cozy moss green design, perfect for guests who need a quiet space to work, study, or take calls during their stay.

Guest access
Guests have full, private access to the entire home during their stay. Enjoy easy self check-in with secure keyless entry — no keys to keep up with. The code and address will be provided on the day of arrival.

PARKING: The driveway fits 2 vehicles. Additional free street parking is available for up to 2 vehicles directly in front of the home. Out of respect for our neighbors, please do not park in front of neighbors houses.

Other things to note
Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Please do not exceed this at any time.
No smoking inside the home. No pets, no drugs, and no parties are allowed. A $500 fee will apply if violated.
Quiet hours are observed out of respect for the neighborhood.
For guest safety and neighborhood respect, this property has 1 exterior security camera facing the front yard/driveway. The camera is outward facing and does not look into any interior spaces. It records video when activated by motion. There is also an exterior noise monitoring device in the backyard. It measures noise levels only and does not record conversations or audio. No indoor spaces are monitored.
