« Free WiFi advertised does not mean WiFi in your unit. WiFi is available sitting in or in front of the Office or the Recreation room. Ironically, my phone showed the free wifi for the caravan park across the road. Make sure you have adequate internet data of your own if staying at Modra's apartments. Other than this, the apartments themselves were very good and totally equipped for a lengthy stay. »

« We were very impressed with our 1 bedroom boutique accommodation. Our apartment was very spacious and clean and had lovely decor. We appreciated all the amenities and enjoyed the courtesy chocolates. The apartment had everything we expected. We would recommend Whyalla Playford Apartments to other travellers. »

« Old school motel. We were on second level so view out to ocean. Easy check in once pin for key access sorted. For some reason we did not receive email on the day re pin, links in email received when booking wouldn't work so had to ring number & press emergency to actually speak to someone who was able to give me verbal info. Reception doesn't operate on weekends when we were arriving. Large room, comfy, sofa to relax on, plenty of hot water in shower. Shower had damaged base so spraying water...

« Beautifully renovated old pub in the centre of town. The room was very well designed and refurbished. The breakfast here was memorable :) Look forward to returning one day! »

« We stayed at the Piccidilly cottage just for a night as we were driving through to Perth. It would have been good to enjoy the outback retreat for a couple of days. The best part was the Deep Space Observatory we got to enjoy completely free Thanks to PK Imaging it was an awesome experience we had . Hats off to his passion for Deep Space. The was the highlight of our stay. »

« Comfortable cabin. Good sized fridge. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was warm. It got down to 13C inside overnight, but it was warm in bed. Good shower. The heating worked when I turned it on in the morning. »
