Le Duplex - Domaine De L'ô

Located in Euraud Crempse Maurens, in the Périgord Pourpre, Domaine de l'Ô welcomes you to a property with three holiday homes and a pool, set on 3.5 hectares. Le Duplex offers a peaceful 40 m² holiday house for up to three guests. You have an air-conditioned mezzanine bedroom with a queen-size bed (180x200) and a living room with a single bed. The fully equipped private kitchen opens to the outside, and you benefit from a spacious bathroom with a shower on the ground floor.



Amenities include private Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a TV, a plancha grill, as well as a baby bed and high chair available on request. Toys, games, and books are also at your disposal.



Enjoy your private terrace overlooking the garden with a dining area. The heated outdoor saltwater pool is shared and open from May to September, depending on the weather, from 10 am to 7:30 pm. Explore the large meadow and woodland of nearly 3.5 hectares, where a donkey lives peacefully in its enclosure. The property is at the end of a quiet lane, surrounded by nature.



Shared parking is available on site, and four bicycles are provided for you to explore the area. Bed linen and towels are included. Beach towels are available for an extra charge. The washing machine and dryer are shared. Outdoors, you will find games such as table tennis, badminton, and molky.



Nearby, you can enjoy hiking, cycling, horse riding, canoeing, golf, and visit castles and vineyards. Enjoy wine and local product tastings just 15 minutes north of Bergerac. The hosts live on site, but not in the reserved accommodation.
