'Our room (Cielo) did not have enough water pressure, no closet and/or drawers for cloths. Does not make any sense the tub location, it will Be better if you take it out and build a “real” small closet there. Bathroom sometimes has unplacent odor. Staff is the best so happy to help and make us feel Welcome. Big thanks to Miriam and Karina!! '

'Está cómoda para descansar y muy bien ubicada'

'This hotel was great. I would definitely stay here again should we come back to Puebla. It was clean and the staff was incredibly accommodating. Something to note is that there is no fridge in the hotel room. We were able to ask at the front desk and they gave us a ticket to keep things refrigerated and retrieve them from the front desk as needed. We were also able to check in a bit early, and they stored our luggage well after check out so we could explore the area. '

'En general nuestra experiencia fue muy buena. El personal del hotel es muy amable y dispuestos a ayudarte. No consumimos alimentos dentro del hotel, pero lo que podemos decir es que está cerca de lugares muy ricos para comer y tomar un trago. O desayunar muy completo. El único detalle es que las habitaciones suelen ser muy oscuras, con poca luz natural y las lámparas/focos internas no ayudan mucho a la iluminación general. Regresaríamos sin duda. .'
