Lovely apartment, clean and warm. Great location for accessing beach and close to the town. Quiet and enjoyed playing the games when we were in the apartment.Lots of lovely touches and Prosecco to welcome in the new year.Good communication from the host Great stay fully recommend. From the minute we (4 friends for two nights) walked in, No 3 exceeded our expectations. Right on the side of the marina, the apartment was clean and very well furnished. Another amazing week in Exmouth with 4 adults and 2 children. This luxury accommodation is in a fantastic position, just 2 minutes from the beach. The apartment is spacious and very well equipped. A truly outstanding holiday property – we felt it had the best location on Exmouth Marina. Everything was within walking distance: the beach, boats, scenic walks, the South West Coast Path, shops, a park, buses, the train station, and even M&S Food. Superb holiday

We had a great week in Exmouth. We come here every year, and this is the best accommodation we have stayed in. The property is in a fantastic location and equipped with everything you need. It is very modern and clean, with plenty of space for the 6 of us. The host was very accommodating and we were able to check in early on our first day of arrival. I would definitely recommend this property, and we will be back again in the future. Absolutely brilliant.

Excellent ground floor apartment on Exmouth Marina

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of room to cook, dine and relax. The apartment and patio overlooks the marina, and as we caught a hot week, we were able to sit on the patio sofas late into the evening, seeing all the lights going on around us. Close to the beach (and ice-creams!). The estuary is beautiful. The rail station is only a short walk away for a trip on the Avocet line up to Topsham or Exeter, or around the coast as far as Paignton and back. (Unless you want the zoo, I wouldnt go as far as Paignton.) I can't in all honesty recomment Mickeys Beach Bar, we were looking forward to it but had poor table service and an inedible whole plaice (forgotten and reheated), they took the plaice and gratuity off the bill without question and so they should, but that didn't stop me leaving hungry and unhappy. You may have a luckier experience. We did like the Rockfish restaurant - book the indoor verandah for a view straight onto the sea. The Grove is a friendly pub for a drink and view from the balcony. Abbotsbury Gardens are definitely worth the drive. Overall, a very good holiday. Thank you.

A perfect family break.

The property has an ideally located, overlooking the marina with its own private decked garden. We loved how we could walk to the excellent seafront restaurants and pubs as well as a great selection of shops and cafes in the town centre. Also some lovely walking nearby being right on the South West Coastal Path. Great transport links too, with the Avocet Line to Exeter and beyond just a few minutes walk. The apartment is immaculately clean and very well equipped with lots of homely touches. Ruth was very easy to communicate with and responded promptly and informatively to the couple of queries we had. We were a family group, grandparents, parents and baby and the property worked really well for us. A week was all too short to stay, would love to stay longer in the future.

Fabulous marina side vacation apartment. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The property and location is excellent. Large 3 bed two bath luxury home with huge patio looking onto the marina. The pictures do not do the home justice, much larger in person. Modern and very comfortable ground floor location. Hosts super friendly and responsive. We had a super time. Thanks Ruth!
