The Space:

This unique home is bathed in natural light from high vaulted ceilings, large windows, and skylights, offering serene views of the surrounding fir trees. The open-plan living area is the heart of the home, designed for comfort and relaxation.

***Living Area:** Relax on the large, comfy sofa, adjust the aircon or heater using the remote control and watch a movie on the flat-screen TV, play some games, or even strum the working guitar.

***Fully Equipped Kitchen:** A modern kitchen with an electric range, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric water kettle, dishwasher, and toaster.

***Primary Bedroom:** Features a luxurious king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, a closet, and a dresser for your belongings.

***Second Bedroom:** Offers a queen-size organic latex mattress, a dedicated desk and office chair, and a closet.

***Bathroom & Laundry:** A full bathroom that also includes convenient in-unit laundry facilities.

Guests will have private access to the entire 2-bedroom home and its dedicated fenced garden area. You will have your own private entrance, with self check-in for your convenience.



The Neighborhood:

Walk to the laurel hill valley playground and park (10 min), Hendricks park rhododendron garden and walking trails,(20 min) or to the nearby campus attractions: Matt knight arena, Hayward field, UofO campus, Market of Choice grocery store (20 min). Because of the close access to i5, most neighborhoods in Eugene and Springfield are accessible in 10- 15 minutes drive.



Getting Around:

This is a family friendly neighborhood. We are lucky to be tucked off the main road, on a gravel drive shared with 5 other neighboring houses. We love the proximity to i5 as well as the ability to walk (20 min) to the grocery store.
