The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals during your stay, including essential appliances, utensils and complete tableware. The open-plan dining and living area offers a welcoming space to share meals, relax together or enjoy a movie on the flat-screen TV.

Step outside onto the private terrace, one of the apartment's highlights. With wonderful views of the surrounding mountains and Costa del Sol sunsets, it is a lovely setting for enjoying breakfast outdoors, having dinner, or simply taking in the scenery.

Located in the La Resina area of Estepona, the property is surrounded by Mediterranean landscapes and a peaceful residential atmosphere. The area is particularly popular with golf lovers, with La Resina Golf & Country Club nearby, while the surrounding coastline offers several beaches where guests can enjoy the sea and sunny Costa del Sol weather. The nearby coastal path is also ideal for walking, running or cycling while taking in the views.

There is plenty to explore in the surrounding area, including Selwo Aventura, an adventure and wildlife park offering activities for both adults and children. Guests can also discover beaches such as El Velerín, Playa Bella and El Saladillo, or head towards Estepona to explore its charming old town, seafront promenade, traditional streets and local attractions.

Due to the property's residential location and the distance to the nearest bus stop, having a car is recommended for greater convenience.

Bus services are available in the surrounding La Resina/Selwo area, connecting with Estepona and other destinations along the Costa del Sol.

Nearest bus stop: Parque Antena, approximately 12 minutes away on foot, with services including L-79, L-302 and E-3.

Estepona Bus Station: From Parque Antena, guests can take a bus towards Estepona and connect with regional services from the main bus station.

Málaga Airport (AGP): The direct Estepona–Málaga Airport bus operates from Estepona Bus Station, with the journey taking approximately 1 hour 15 minutes. Allow additional time to reach the bus station from the property.

By car: Málaga Airport is approximately 50 minutes away by car, depending on traffic.

Legal Registration: Mandatory for guests aged 14 and over (Order INT/321/2021). Access will be denied if online registration is not completed.

Quiet and Noise: Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM. The apartment has a noise sensor. Exceeding 75dB or tampering with the device will result in immediate cancellation without refund.

No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited both in the apartment and in the building's common areas.

Cleaning: Dishes must be left clean, and trash must be taken outside the building upon departure.

Pets: No animals of any kind are allowed (including assistance animals).

Visitors: Access is prohibited to anyone not included in the reservation.
