The other two bedrooms are each furnished with two 90x190 single beds. One has an en-suite bathroom with a comfortable shower, while the other uses a nearby full bathroom with a bathtub. All bedrooms are fitted with viscoelastic mattresses, storage space, and centralized air conditioning and heating. Additional amenities include SmartTV, fiber internet for work or leisure, hairdryer, crib, high chair, iron, and ironing board.

The apartment also features a cozy second glazed living room that opens onto a spacious rear patio with dining table and chairs, offering direct access to one of the community’s swimming pools. A private parking space is available for use during the stay.

** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
