'If you are looking for a nice room this is the place. But if you are expecting some basic service and hospitality (according to the price) forget it. Reception is mostly closed. And there was no one to attend for check-out. It was a mess and got treated very unprofessionally. We were scolded on WhatsApp for wanting to leave our luggage for a couple of hours before flying off.'

'mooie locatie, prachtig pand, vriendelijk personeel'

'Great location, very friendly staff and my room was cleaned early and they let me know so I could get in early, which was really nice'

'Couldn’t recommend this apartment more. It’s in an incredible area of an amazing town. The apartment itself is beautiful and has every added touch you could want Communication was outstanding'

'Beautiful location with very friendly and helpful people. Our room had a magnificient view over the hills of Altea and Benidorm. The room was spacious and had a nice bathroom. We had diner in the hotel which was also very nice and good value for money. The breakfast in the morning is very tasty, fresh and lots of choice. The last part of the ride to the hotel is a bit of a challenging one, so would recommend to arrive the first time in daylight.'
