'when I searched for a hotel in Zermatt they came up as they are in Zermatt. When we got to Zermatt and call the hotel they told us they are 2 and 1/2 hours away. we got stock in Zermatt in the cold. They were very rude and didnt help us and charged us full amount. worst travel experience ever'

'The room was clean. When we booked our room, we were made to believe that we had a private hot tub but the hot tub was actually shared with a room next to ours. The staff were extrmemely nice but it felt like they were pretty understaffed. It's hard to beat this lcoation and the room itself was great, just not sure if the entire experience at the hotel was worth what we paid.'
