Villa's in Escondido

'We enjoyed this memorable and elegant, well located villa. The communications from the hosts were warm and helpful from start to finish, as if we were welcomed guests and not their temporary renters. Our trip was for a family wedding, so we took most of our meals and activities about town at invited venues and were quite busy for the 4 days of our stay. Yet we marveled at the tasteful furnishings and design features in this spectacular home, and felt comfortable and very lucky to be here to rest...

'It was a very wonderful experience. We had a family wedding and event at another venue so we were not able to enjoy wine tasting on the property. If it was just for an enjoyable, relaxing vacation or weekend getaway this was the spot. I highly recommend this place for what it’s intended for.'

'I can't say enough about what a beautiful, special home this is. It surpasses the photos and the views are so amazing, you really have to see it in person. We had a 4 day multi-generational family vacation that was perfect for everyone from 4-68!! The backyard alone is worth the stay. There are so many activities from mini golf to pickleball to the putting green to the pool, but the outdoor kitchen is the best! We cooked breakfast and dinner outside. It's the best equipped kitchen I've ever...

'This unit has a great location. It’s on the second floor with a view of the ocean from several windows. Lots of good food options within walking distance. The layout worked for our family of 5 (all adults). There’s an open room with the kitchen and dining area included. Each of the 3 bedrooms have their own bathrooms and are separate from each other. There is gated parking. There is some late night street noise, but it wasn’t too bad. I’d especially recommend the location.'

'Loved the property we stayed at. Avantstay manages the property and was available for any issues we had 24/7. Only issue was on our end working the app for pool/spa operation, lol.'

'The pictures did not do it justice. Normally I am impressed with pictures which usually sell the booking, then I get and say "eh, I guess it will work." Not the Iron Mansion! Impressed and then some. Cant wait to go back.'

'Very grateful to have found this place for my birthday trip! It's rare to find a place that sleeps so many people comfortably and doesn't just jam a bunch of bunk beds into every room to maximize on the amount of beds. We all enjoyed the kitchen especially and I appreciated how the hot tub was timed to turn on and off so that we didn't have to think about it. The couches were stained with dirt, but I attribute that to previous guests who have no regard for cleanliness and ignore the hosts'...

'This home was so charming. While the outside was a cottage from a fairy tale, the inside was filled with all the modern amenities needed for today. The beds and linens were so comfortable and provided the comfort for a great nights sleep! We brought our kids and close family friends to get away for my son’s 16th birthday. We enjoyed the spa, game room, and really enjoyed cooking in the well stocked kitchen. Our youngest thoroughly enjoyed the basketball court! I literally could not say enough...

'My friends and I had a blast staying at this beautiful home. It is close to many wineries, and has views of wine country from the property. We felt safe and secure with the coded gate to enter the property. The inside of the house was spacious and felt very fancy. The pool, hot tub, and outdoor area were awesome too! It was a great space to relax with friends, with close proximity to wine tasting during the day. I would definitely recommend!'
