We had to ask for extra towels each stay - they stocked the room with one less set than the number of adults both times. 'Disappointing that the hotel was not carrying the Fox or Telemundo coverage of the World Cup. The hotel staff was embarrassed and said we should ask the corporate owners why that was the case. In addition, our room was not ready until 40 minutes after check in. We didn't really mind until we couldn't watch the World Cup games in the hotel bar. Otherwise, this is a nice property with staff doing their best to support customers.'
