Please note: One of the panels of the sliding glass door leading to the terrace is temporarily out of service, though this does not affect access to the unit, and will be repaired shortly.
The awning is also temporarily unavailable, but a beach umbrella is available for your use on the terrace.


The accommodation will be ready upon your arrival: cleaned, with linens (sheets and towels) provided for the duration of your stay, supplies provided (coffee pods, tea, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent pods, bottles of Breton cider), and Wi-Fi access

Check-in is self-service, and a dedicated concierge will be available during your stay to answer your questions and assist you as needed.


The accommodation sleeps up to 10 people and is laid out as follows:

On the ground floor:
• A living room with two sofas, an armchair, and a TV
• A dining room open to the living room, furnished with a table and 10 chairs
• A fully equipped open-concept kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, gas stove, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, Senseo coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and cutlery
• The Ambre Suite with a king-size bed (180x200) and a wardrobe
• A bathroom with a shower, double sinks, a towel warmer, and a hair dryer
• Separate restroom
• A laundry room equipped with a double sink, a washing machine, a dryer, an ironing board and iron, a refrigerated wine cooler, and a large storage closet.

Please note: Gas cylinders are available in the garage for use with the gas stove.

On the first floor:
• A small landing lounge with a sofa and television
• The Émeraude Bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) and a closet
• The Azur Bedroom with a double bed (140x200)
• The Outremer Room with a double bed (140x200), two single beds (90x200), and a closet
• A bathroom with a shower, bathtub, sink, and hair dryer
• A separate toilet


Outside, you'll find an 800 m² fenced-in yard with a large tiled patio. With its patio furniture, umbrella, and grill, you can enjoy meals outdoors. There are also 3 bicycles available for you to explore the city and its surroundings.

There is parking for up to 5 cars in the garage and the yard.

Just a 2-minute bike ride away, the Dunes Equestrian Center will delight horseback riding enthusiasts, offering the chance to explore the surrounding area on horseback. A 5-minute drive or 8-minute bike ride away, Kerhillio Beach is the perfect spot to relax by the ocean. Renowned as a beach for board sports, it’s ideal for surfing, sand yachting, kitesurfing, and stand-up paddleboarding. There’s a surf school on site, and you can rent surfboards or paddleboards there.

Just a 4-minute drive or a 6-minute bike ride away, you’ll find a mini-golf course, as well as bars and restaurants. Finally, the Kerzerho stone alignments and the Carnac Prehistoric Museum immerse visitors in an exceptional megalithic heritage, characteristic of this region of Brittany, which is focused on tourism and the sea.

For everyday life, everything you need is within easy reach: a bar to start your day, a bakery for fresh bread, a restaurant for a delicious meal, and a supermarket for groceries—all within a ten-minute walk. Just five minutes from the apartment, the Erdeven market also lets you enjoy seasonal fruits and vegetables as well as a wide variety of local products every week.

The Erdeven Tourist Office, a seven-minute drive away, is available to assist visitors and enhance their stay with recommendations and ideas for things to do.
