Situated on the seafront at the end of a private cul-de-sac, this cottage enjoys a soothing calm. Sleeping 3, it features an enclosed garden and private parking. The Kerhilio beach is within walking distance, and a swimming pool is available in the residence.

It's a discreet, intimate base from which to enjoy the region without constraint.



Located on the edge of a quiet residence, the cottage comprises a common room with kitchenette, dining area and living room, with direct access to the private garden. A toilet completes this level.

Upstairs, the sleeping area includes a landing with a child's bed, an adult bedroom and a shower room.

The property also includes a lean-to for bicycle storage, a small garden with terrace and private parking.

The house is part of a residential complex, with free access to the communal swimming pool. The sea is a 15-minute walk away.



Smoking is not permitted inside. Pets are not allowed. Parties are not permitted.



Internet access on request (no downloading, no streaming).

Beaches, fishing, mini-golf, tennis court, horseback riding, sailing school, water sports in all seasons (Surf, Kite, Char à voile, kayak...). Numerous hiking and biking trails (marked paths and cycle paths).

The beaches of Kerhilio and Sainte Barbe (10 minutes by car) and their famous waves will delight surfers and kite-surfers. It's the ideal place to learn to surf and make rapid progress.

For golf enthusiasts, Golf Saint-Laurent is a 15-minute drive away.

Discover the Kerzerho megalithic site and its stone giants, or the spectacular Crucuno dolmen, and let yourself be carried away by the mysterious atmosphere!

By bike, take the greenway to Quiberon or Étel.

On your way up the Ria d'Etel, don't miss the charming village of Saint-Cado and its famous house with blue shutters.
