I left a note for housekeeping to address with management. The room should have been renovated, carpet smell of wet dog. Customer service was good at check in. Not staffed when I departed.'

'I stayed 3 nights no one cleaned my room. EVERYTIME I asked they kept saying tomorrow but it never happened. I requested new towels and in order to receive them I had to bring my old towels down in a garbage bag they gave me to put them in first. There was only 1 elevator and everyday I had to get my key reset to get in my room. I will not stay here again. The hallways smell terrible as well.'

'Place was in well kept condition and the breakfast was good. Waffle makers. Bacon AND sausage to go with the eggs. Biscuits and sausage gravy wasnt the greatest but not the worst ive experienced. Plus the usual beverages, fruits etc'
