La location Homestead est idĂ©alement situĂ© Ă  seulement 400 pieds jusqu'Ă  une rue du port dans le centre historique du village d'EphraĂŻm. La maison de style ranch de trois chambres peut accueillir jusqu'Ă  6 personnes, y compris les nourrissons et les enfants et a une vue de Eagle Harbor et la marina du village Ă  partir de la fenĂȘtre d'image avant. Il se trouve Ă  quelques minutes Ă  pied de la plage publique conviviale et familiale Ephraim. Chaque chambre a un lit queen. Une salle de bain complĂšte rĂ©novĂ©e avec douche Ă  l'italienne et demi-bain. Les serviettes et le linge de lit sont fournis. La cuisine a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ©e et comprend une cuisiniĂšre, un rĂ©frigĂ©rateur, un lave-vaisselle et un micro-ondes, une cafetiĂšre de 10 Ă  12 tasses, une marmite, des assiettes, des tasses, des verres et des ustensiles de cuisine. Le Homestead comprend le WIFI, la tĂ©lĂ©vision par cĂąble et un parking pour 2 vĂ©hicules. Le patio extĂ©rieur comprend des chaises, une table et un gril Ă  gaz. Wonderful house to stay in

Loved our stay here. House was clean. Everything was well organized and labeled. Everything you needed. Lots of towels. Beds were comfy, great lightening in all the rooms. Had a chair in each room which was nice for my elderly parents to sit on and get dressed. Diane was quick to respond to questions. Over all a great stay!

Long weekend stay to enjoy Door County! Homestead has a great location with lake view and central to Sister Bay and Fishcreek. Very comfortable and clean accommodations. Would definitely stay again!

Fall color visit

My parents came out from Oregon for the fall colors. We had a fantastic time! The cottage was perfect, and very well appointed. There was nothing we needed that wasn’t already there. Everything was very clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Fall Break

We wanted a short fall break for our family. The homestead perfectly met our needs. The location of Ephraim was ideal because it allowed us to visit Sister Bay, Peninsula State Park, Fish Creek and of course, Ephraim. The homestead was very comfortable and met all of our needs. We enjoyed snacks provided by the host upon arrival. Instructions were clearly marked throughout the house and Checkin process very easy.

The Homestead Rental was fantastic, we all agree we would definitely stay there again. Great home and host

Excellent house in the heart of Ephraim. Walking distance to all Ephraim restaurants and the waterfront. The house has an awesome view of the water in the distance from the living room. The host was very responsive, the house was clean, and it had all the cooking items we needed. I would stay here again.

We had a great 2 night stay just in time to see the peak fall colors! The house was exactly as expected and very well kept. We were welcomed with a basket of goodies and a personal note from Diane and Larry. House had lake views and was in a nice spot. Highly recommend!!

Great home base for exploring Door County

The Homestead Rental in Ephraim was a great central location for exploring all Door County has to offer. It was the perfect size for my wife and I and the two other couples (friends) we were traveling with. When we arrived, it was great that the lights were left on for us, so we didn't need to hunt for light switches right away. We were surprised and really appreciated the welcome gift of snacks and Door County cookbooks. Having access to the dock and gazebo for watching sunsets was great. Sitting and relaxing on the patio was wonderful each evening. While the building seem a bit older, it was well kept and clean. The WiFi worked great and we all appreciated the abundance of hot water. Will definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Door County.

Friends Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and comfortable and provided for our needs. So thoughtful of Diane and Larry to leave a gift basket. We would definitely recommend this house as an inviting place to stay in a quiet area within walking distance to the water and to restaurants.

FANTASTIC SPACE, FANTASTIC PLACE!!

Our family has come to Door Co a number of times over the years; however, we knew we didn’t want to have a hotel/condo with our adult children staying with us. We found this home available thru VRBO & the hostess stayed in touch throughout. We got to Ephraim later than we had planned but Diane had left snacks & a welcome letter which was so appreciated at that time in the evening. Every room was spacious, the kitchen had plenty of room for any cooking we did & there was plenty of seating in the living room when we wound down at night. It was unusually warm during our stay so the individual A/C units were great! Our family truly enjoyed our stay & highly recommend this property to anyone considering it!!

Perfect location

The Homestead home was perfect for our family week in Door County. The rooms were all a good size to fit 6 adults and one baby. Although there is no dining room, we managed to eat 2 dinners in the kitchen area. We really enjoyed eating on the patio and cooking a few meals on the grill. The highlight each evening was walking down to the dock to watch the sunset or walking to Wilson’s for an ice cream! The location is centrally located to visit the small towns and the State Park.

Great Experience

We wanted a vrbo since we have a 3.5 year old and an 11 month old so they each had their own room and we had a kitchen to prepare meals and snacks for them. The house was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our experience! This location does not have infant sleep accommodations so we brought the pack n’ play tor our littlest one to sleep in, not something I thought about until after booking so just an fyi!
