'My Stay at the ark was fantastic, Had an issue with the TV not having channels and the receptionist had a maintenance man there within the hour. Rooms are fantastic AC was quiet :) and parking lot right outside the building. Will definetly be a return customer. Check in was also seemless got a message with codes for front door and room key lockbox if arriving after hours.'

'Such a beautiful place. Even better as on the pictures. Wished we would have book more days. Won't forget it.'

'Very clean, big, airy rooms! Excellent breakfast!'

'Zimmer super, Frühstück super, Location ziemlich gut.

'The location of the hotel provided a fabulous view of Kastoria, the lake and the surrounding mountains from thebalcony. You just have to be very careful navigating the winding road, especially at night. The staff were very welcoming friendly and accommodating with my needs. The room was also clean, and spacious. The breakfast included in the room price was a k so extensive and a very nice way to start the day. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience. I will definitely stay there again when...

'Goed hotel, mooie ligging maar slecht ontbijt. Geluidsoverlast van bovenliggende kamer.'

'Great time. The restaurant next door belongs to the same owners and we had really great dinner and an unexpected great Merlot house wine!!! Highly recommended!!'

Florina ligt in natuurgebied.

'It suited my purpose. Nothing fancy, but adequate. Only disappointed that when I arrived early all the way from America, they didn't allow me to check in for several hours when the place was empty, and they didn't offer to let me leave my heavy backpack with them while I waited. I had to walk around with it for a long time. Also, it was a hot day, and when I asked how to use the air conditioner in the room, rather then just pleasantly give me the remote for it, I had to hear a comment about it...
